How do you release your ANGER?

In what way? silent or wild ,

medyo wild. nagsisira ako ng gamit e pag sobra na talaga.

pag galit ako tumataas na ang boses ko. tapos sinusuntok ko ung mesa o upuan pader mga ganun teka, masyado yata akong bayolente nun ah!

hihinga lang ako ng malalim to release my anger..at pag grabe na talaga ang galit ko, iiyak na lang ako..

pag nagagalit ako bumibilis ang pagsasalita ko...

tapos hindi muna ako kumakausap ng tao kapag nagagalit ako....
inhale ...exhale.. inhale...exhale...

yun lang..

That is the best thing to do when i'm furious and about to explode my anger, instead of bursting to the person i am anger with coz the human tongue is much sharper and faster in shattering a human's heart.

but that is still dangerous..you put yourself and the other person in danger in that case..
